Filter replacements hard to get and expensive to ship
The vacuum works fine. The 2 stars are for not being able to purchase replacement filters very easily. You may order the filters from the Encompass website. The part number is ST0102. The price is $3.95 for one filter plus $8.95 for shipping and handling. The shipping makes it very expensive for a stick vacuum filter. Need Amazon to put these filters into their inventory - PLEASE!
