We used this item one time and it did indeed work. However, we went to use it a second time and it would not turn on. I followed all of the troubleshooting that the manual recommends. The reset button got jammed. I wrote the company ( which says they will respond within 48 hours). Within the email I asked for more help with the product and/or a credit for the product with not an email back. (It's been more than a week) So ultimately, if you would like to spend your hard earned money on something that only works once go ahead, dont expect any customer service or a functional product from this company!
