Please beware....some of the puffs contain hard "objects". I actually chipped a tooth crown. This is upsetting as well as disturbing as I don't know what in the puffs these hard "objects" were. Now I will have to replace a crown. I don't think it was from foreign objects, but I think the objects are part of the product to make it "crunchy". I don't know, just be very, very cautious. I would not recommend this product.
