Excellent, light suspension trainer. Beware, not as strong as other options.
Super light yet super strong. Highly recommended for the price. These are about half the width of the basic trainer and pro.
*Update! I have had this band for 2.5 months now and the seams are beginning to tear. Specifically, the ones for the yell tabs you use to shorten the trainer.
