I purchased this juicer a couple of months ago. It worked great for the first few weeks. I was using the pressing cloths that came with the juicer plus adding a liner to the cloths for easier cleaning, then I purchased the nicer pressing cloths for an additional $35.00 for 6 cloths. The pulp is not suppose to stick to them but it does. They are terrible. Also, while pressing my juicer makes an awful clanking noise that I have contacted them about numerous times. Nothing has been done. Now, my juicer is not pressing as hard as it used to because my pulp is not coming out dry. There is obviously something wrong with my juicer but I can't seem to get any help from customer service. I know this is a good juicer but I did not get the good one. Plus, they are expensive. I juice at least 80oz. of juice a day for my husband.
