Bucket design flaw
I was able to remove the bucket with some effort. However, it's impossible to put bucket back in. Serious design flaw. I asked Amazon to refund the money after trying to use dehumidifier one time, and they promptly did so. I read good reviews and one other person had trouble with bucket like I did.
