I’ve been using the Kirkland version of Benefiber but decided to try this triple fiber. So far the biggest result has been loud and constant gas. Like seriously, my booty sounds like a machine gun during D-Day. They sound like an old car that’s back firing. My dog is constantly startled when he’s in the room with me. You can try to let it out gently so nobody hears it but all that does it make them ‘pop, pop’ like those little fireworks kids throw on the pavement. The silver lining is I’m social distancing so the only people that have to deal with it is my family. Maybe it’s just me but I can’t keep taking this when I go back to the office.
