Unlabelled non-stick coating inside
I chose a metal mold set over a plastic one for health concerns, only to open these up yesterday and discover that the inside of each mold is coated in a non-stick surface. I do not use teflon or other non-stick surfaces in my kitchen, and nowhere in the item description (online of offline) have I been able to determine what the coating is made with. Sadly, I'll have to return these and look for something else.
