I bought this frame and the Pix-Star 15" frame as well for comparison. Hands down this frame has nice resolution. However there are some key issues with Feel Care frame that makes it unusable for me. 1. Wifi, is limited. You can not manually enter wifi SSID or any other parameter. I have hidden wifi network and there is no way to enter it on the frame. The user manual is useless as far as providing any help so is the customer support. I sent email but now in holding pattern for indefinite time! It seems that the frame does not support WPA/WPA2 wifi security encryption but no one at the Feel Care to verify that.. 2. When uploading pictures, you can only do 10 at a time. Compared to Pix-star has no limit on how many you can upload at once. Furthermore, when you upload pics, the Feel Care app forces you to select area to show on the screen...and it is not even consistent. You select a circular area where as the frame is rectangle!! 3. Customer support and the user manual are dismal! You only have email option to contact support. So here is the scenario, you are excited to buy this and now that you got it, if you have any issues setting it up, good luck and wait for unknown amount of time!! Given that this frame is the MOST expensive in the 15" digital frame category, it is shameful that the manufacturer can not even provide a phone support! or at the least a detailed user manual!
