This thing is the biggest pile of garbage. I spent over an hour on hold for technical support only to get disconnected after being passed between two of the online chat agents and getting dropped. The thing jams halfway through each print job. When you clear the jam it doesn't allow you to continue the print job, it has to start over after printing a printer information page. Good way to rope you into using 3x as much ink as necessary. Also this "wireless" printer must be connected by USB (not included) to your computer for setup.
