Horrible machine. Our old one lasted quite a while, for years in fact. It finally failed. I was so impressed, I bought this "upgraded" 2.0 model. What a hunk of junk. It recently became clogged. I used the needle cleaning valve to dislodge grounds. Ever since it has needed it more and more often. Today, I made many, many, oh so many attempts at cleaning the needle. I finally gave up when it spewed hot water and grounds all over me. In a moment of frustration I finally thought I'd take the piece garbage out and "vent" a little. See attached pic. I doubt Kuerig reads these things. I am donating my remaining K Cups. I will go back to the more friendly, longer lasting, Mr Coffee. I hope you wake up and smell the coffee and take these off the market and improve the quality of your machines.
