I bought this chair for my son and he was so excited to have it. The frame of the chair is solid. The color choices are great. The fabric is really nice and appears durable. However the way it is stitched/sewing is less than desirable. He might have only used the chair for three weeks before the stitching gave loose and rendered the chair unusable. I thought this would be a great opportunity for my son to learn a lesson by having him write a letter to the seller and tell his story. So he wrote a note. He was hoping for something positive from his note. However the response crushed him. The response was that since it was over 30 days since purchase there was nothing they could do. Wow! I understand 30 day return policy for things you change your mind on, but for defective products I would expect a little longer. Or at a minimum provide options to fix the chair or replace it at a discount. Not a great customer service experience. Buyer beware as they do not stand behind the quality of their products past 30 days.
