I got this bag to be used as a gym bag, mostly to carry just shoes and some gym clothes, but I'll put my lunch box (good size) in there as well. It's not super heavy or anything but it's full. I got the small and the size is good for my needs. Overall the quality seems pretty good, but I've only used it for about 2 weeks now. The biggest flaw that that SHE SQUEAKS! The swivel clip on the strap squeaks horribly. It's plastic on plastic binding. I've had many, many bags with shoulder straps, and none have ever squeaked like this. Trying to sneak in to the office because you're running a little late... FORGET ABOUT IT! They'll hear you coming before you even get out of the car. Don't even think about leaving work early on a nice summer Friday. I guess you could just carry it with the handles and she won't squeak, but that's just a lot of extra effort. I like to sneak out with ease.
