It works perfectly for the first 3 weeks... then, suddently, it just did not open from outside... hopefully there were somenone inside, we thought could be the battery... it may have a long time in a warehouse I thought... So I change the battery and start working properly again but just for a week, this time with no one inside the apartment, and the best thing is that the “security” key... did not work at all. The key fit it but do not open it. ..... Amazon did not reimbursed me...
