Awful customer service. Only offered to refund me 1/2 the cost until I deleted the review so they would have an inflated false rating. I even asked for just a replacement chair and no refund. Nothing!!Guess this is why they have such a high rating. After 1 month of very little use, one chair is already broken. Chair comes up to full height when no one is in it, but sinks to lowest level when you sit in it.
