I also purchased the Earthing Sheet and found a) that it worked and b) that it stopped conducting only a few months after I bought it (and therefore stopped working) and c) that I had the same awful experience with their customer service as the first reviewer. When I called I was also told that I needed to sew a patch on the sheet (done), that I needed to rewash it in apple cider vinegar (done), and that I must have misused the sheet somehow to get it to not conduct. (wrong!). I was told there is no return policy, and that they had no proof that the defect was on their side. I hate to reward this kind of behavior with another purchase. I own my own business and I would never want to drive away new or continuing business with policies such as theirs. You always replace a product, with a smile and an apology. However, as I said... it also worked, at least in part. I'm not sure what my next move is.
