I am a commercial truck driver and rely heavily on a Blue Tooth headset. I was very happy with this item. It was comfortable, battery life was excellent. Maximum listening volume was somewhat low. My overall satisfaction with this item dropped significantly when it just quit working 2 months after purchasing it. Unfortunately my return period had expired. I thought the price was good. Perhaps I should have bought a more expensive unit with a track record. :(
