Maybe it was just my product but this is definitely not made for an iPad Air 4th generation. The pen connects and charges on the right side of the ipad (The side where the camera is, the side where the touch ID is). Though the apple pencil holding slot is on the left side, so while you are storing your pen it is not charging. So in order to charge it you have to remove the ipad from the case and charge, then reattach the case to keep it protected. It's blowing my mind how no one else had this problem. It's a beautiful case, study, lightweight, the blue color is very pleasant, but it absolutely serves no purpose to me if I can't charge my pencil while in the case. Returning.. Hope this helps someone!
