By many accounts, these are great boards. Unfortunately, mine has a defect that Boos won't support. Per Gail, a Boos CSR my board has what is called a windshake. A photo is attached. Boos suggested I go back to the distributor to get my board replaced. Unfortunately for me, this was a (expensive) gift and do not want to burden the giver with trying to return this beast. Boos explains that they require people to go back to the distributor because people try to get used/damaged boards repaired that were found at yard sales, etc. I take care of this thing! It has an obvious defect and I am SOL! Sometimes, a manufacturer should use a little common sense when enforcing "policy". The way a manufacturer treats their customer is very important to me. I will certainly avoid this company in the future.
