The setup was easy and initially I was happy. Had the camera go offline for no reason and I had to reconnect it to my home network all over again. It stayed connected and was great for a month until I went on vacation and again the camera went offline. Can’t do anything with it remotely when that happens. Not reliable. I have three other cameras from a different manufacturer inside the house that never fails. This isn’t a security camera if it can’t stay online for extended periods of time. And their support email returns undeliverable - toucansupport@getkuna.com
