The back support has a hole on each side for you to connect the arms rest. They are difficult and not well engineered. The seat is firm and that is good. I tried to get customer service from Amazon and the message came on to go online and get information. Well, that didn't work so here I am...? wondering how I get a new arm to replace the one that does not fit. And new hardware for that armrest. WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT to speak to anyone, Is this in-personal method of communicating really working for the company. ( i doubt it)This makes it so difficult!
