Five Stars
Initially I was very pleased with this little coffee maker. But after only 5 months it has stopped working; I've tried using vinegar and baking soda/water to clean it but to no avail. Most of the water just remains in the reservoir as it bubbles and spurts. So I'm very disappointed and will not be buying a product from this company again.
