This thing is terrible. I got the first one, washed it as instructed, and when it came out it was totally torn open. Hood ripped off and fluff everywhere. The next several loads of laundry I washed were covered in fluff. I exchanged it and they charged me for not being able to return the coat because it was in a million pieces. When I wore the new one out the other night my phone slipped right out of the pocket because the snaps don't actually snap to anything. It's hard to explain, but basically the snap doesn't actually hold the pocket closed. Now I'm out a phone. That same night I went to zip it and the zipper broke so badly that I can't fix it AND a giant hole formed on the interior of the pocket so anything I put in there goes into the coat. I am not particularly rough on my clothes, this thing is just that terrible. So now I'm out the cost of two coats, an iphone, and I still don't have a coat. Avoid this coat at all costs!!!!
