If you read my previous review on this cleansing baum you'll see how much I praise about it. Long story short, I still like this product but want to state on their management on its product along with their customer service that i definitely needed to state some comments. On my second order, I received a bottle with seal broken on the box. Seal seems that it was broken and stayed that way for long time as it was dirty and lost its stickyness. Although the container inside looked okay, I contact the seller for exchange with new one to get rid of this doubt of product being having problem but the customer service told me that it was Amazon's mistake of their packaging which I didn't agree as its not the box outside. Infact, they never respond to me later which made me to just use the product but feeling guilty to my skin. It didn't cause me any skin problems and still love it. But customer service definitely need a improvement. Previous Review: Bought the original one. I have very sensitive skin. Also, I have big pores which needs to be cleared out every night on cleansing otherwise, my pores will be all clogged up. Once more thing... I have problematic skin that easily get breakout. I can't say this product will not cause me any of these I mentioned. In fact, I still do get these problems sometimes. But I can tell you that So far, Banila Co Cleansing Balm is the best of all! I used about 20 products so far and each of them are popular ones mentioned in YouTube. So far, this is the best!
