I bought this for my mother, who is 94. I find it terribly confusing to use, and so does she. She fell the other day and tried to call me, but this phone is so complicated, she was on the floor for over 30 minutes until I happened to find her. She had the phone in her hand, but couldn't figure out how to call me. This is what you have to do to make a phone call, and I am not kidding!! 1) open phone 2) use the down arrow to get to CONTACTS 3) hit OK 4) use arrow down to find NAME of the person you want to call 5) hit OK 6) then you see the person's phone number 7) hit OK 8) see DIAL Call 9) hit OK. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. I confirmed with the company that makes this useless item that there is no easier way to make a call. There is no ability to program an emergency contact in the phone. DO NOT BUY this phone!
