If you purchased a printer in the last month or so, please check your unit to see if you received a V1 or a V2 printer. The product description clearly advertises a V2 printer - see the black PEI build surface, extra motherboard/driver fan in the back of the unit, E3D-clone hot end, and improved rotary encoder knob. However, I received a unit that was VERY clearly a V1 unit (lacking all of the aforementioned items). Some Google-fu will show you that Monoprice is having an issue with labeling V1 and V2 units in their warehouse. There purportedly quite a big difference between the V2 and V1 printers in terms of print quality and reliablity, so please do make sure that you are getting what you paid for. I will be returning mine.
