I used my Emeril Power AirFryer a dozen or so times and it seemed to work fine. Then one day I wanted to air fry something and it was dead. I mean totally dead. No lights, no action, no nothing. I checked the Owner's Manual for trouble shooting. Under 'the unit does not work' it provides the sage advice to plug it in. I am not a moron. It was plugged in. I tried multiple outlets (all of which worked) around the kitchen and it remained dead, as in pushing up daisies, as in never more, never more. There is nary a reset button that I can locate. For something this expensive, it is a sad state of affairs for it to simply die for no apparent reason. Maybe others will have better luck but don't be surprised when you start to use it sometime and it has expired, it has gone to the great beyond, along with Monty Python's grey parrot. As with the parrot, banging it does not help.
