Package received on time however the one I received appears to have been used. I was disgusted to find dust and hair on the inside of the lamp, both the charger and lamp have scratches on them none of the contents look to be new. I can’t comment on how it works because I will not be using this one for obvious hygiene reasons. Disappointed!
