App not compatible with Fire 8.9.........
New app not compatible with device. Well done app developers. Retire the old app before you make sure the new one works. Seems logical. When you contact customer support they say they will give you 5 dollars in promo credit for the mistake, but that also fails to show up. Disappointment is an understatement.
