Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

We ordered this for our new house and initially loved that you could use the shower head as the only light source in the bathroom since my husband gets up early for work and we have no door to the bathroom. Anyway, love how the water comes out, nice and even, calming. Love it. Initially loved the lights, but we have only used it for 3 weeks and the lights don't work anymore. Bummer. Update 3/30: they refunded our money because they saw the less than stellar review, which was nice of them considering we didn't ask for a refund. Now, they are sending emails every day asking to remove the review. They even asked me to remove a review that wasn't mine. Sorry, but I believe in true and honest reviews. That's what they are there for. Go bug someone else.
