I originally thought that these were great for my breakfast that I prepare in advance and reheat in the microwave on a low setting. However, this morning I was just holding one, after having just taken it out of the frig, and it broke in half. Half of the glass container just fell on to the countertop. I hadn't hit it against anything, heated it, or done anything to stress it. It just broke. I know seriously doubt the quality and veracity of the claims of the manufacturer. BUYER BEWARE!!
