The lenses are absolutely perfect, along with fit and weight. However, there are two major drawbacks: 1. The frame is quite fragile and will break with very little to it. One would think that for the price MJ will incorporate a bit of metal reinforcement, but they don't. There is still a 2 year warranty, which sounds excellent on paper, but here comes the second peril: 2. MJ will not honor warranty if the item is bought on Amazon or any other 'non-authorized' store. Here is what Jennifer Bosnich (Kinipela), Customer Service Supervisor, wrote to me: "Maui Jim Sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser when purchased from an authorized Maui Jim dealer. Since Amazon.com (eBay, etc.) is not an authorized reseller our warranty would not apply." Frankly, I was amazed to find that out, since I have purchased many other items on Amazon, including Apple products for instance, which have had no warranty issues. Please, be aware that MJ dislikes Amazon for some reason and your warranty is nonexistent if bought here. IMHO - not good PR at all, but this is exactly what they said...
