Nothing against the seller, they are simply a distributor and fulfilled the order. I have an issue with the product itself. I have purchased many different brands of clay pebbles over the years. These are by far the worst brand period. Here is why: The Clay Pebbles are not spherical at all. I basically have a bag of clay colored gravel. I cut my hands on several pieces as I tried to fill the little net pots. That's absurd. There is so little clay baked onto the pebble that more of the burnt clay (the dark part of the rocks) remains exposed. This is not an aesthetic complaint. Clay pebbles were created and are favored by agriculturalists and gardners for a simple reason, they are easily washed and resused. However when the micro-pores on the clay pebbles are exposed, as in this case, the roots cling tightly to the pebbles, making them a permanent fixture in the root system ...without ripping them out. NORMAL round clay pebbles easily fall out when you shake the stalk. These are not re-usable and will have to simply be thrown out. And yah... they look like crap next to normal clay pebbles. You can see in the image I provided, the poor quality, non spherical and mostly black rocks, compared to ACTUAL clay pebbles which should be 99% round.
