I received this as a Christmas gift, it was well intentioned, but I will be returning it ASAP. It states that it is pre-seasoned. If it is, it is not enough. I have been using cast iron cookware for many years, so I understand the care/cook/cleaning process. After the 1st use it was already rusting. I oiled it down before using it the 2nd time and before I was even finished cooking the liquid was black and there was rust everywhere inside the pot. You can't properly clean it as instructed because it is so rough inside. Not a quality product.
