I ordered this product because I was driving cross country and wanted to be able to bring my Xbox One to play at my final destination. Upon unboxing and attempting to use this product I ran into several major issues. The screen protector that's included is a nice touch except it is insanely difficult to attempt to place it onto the screen, mine was cut slightly too large and kept writing up on one of the four edges, therefore refusing to stay in place. Once I actually powered the monitor up and attempted to use it I was pretty upset with the result. Mine is nowhere near HD quality, the pictures are all fuzzy and the image is distorted. Both aspect ratios leave me with huge black bars on the top and bottom or all around the pictures. The manual is no help as it just tells you how to change the settings not actually what any of them are, I had to look here on this webpage just to figure out that the OD setting was for overdrive. I'm attempting to contact the customer support for new soul and if they can resolve the issues for me I'll update my review, but as of right now this monitor is absolute garbage and will be returned to Amazon quickly.
