I received this item in a timely manner but when I got it, I opened the package and the item wasn’t in the box nicely. Upon opening, I looked at the bottom of it, or the bell part, and it’s chipped and looks used. I expected a brand new stethoscope for the money I paid for it. I use it every day and wanted the quality that Littmann promises. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for hopefully a brand new one. I will be very upset if I order it again and receive another used product. In comparison to a stethoscope my co worker has, same brand/same model, hers being used for 2 years looks better than my “brand new one” and the trademark on the bell isn’t even the same!!!!
