Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This product did not last for 24 hours. Both pieces of fabric came off. I keep reading reviews like mine and this product is still being sold. I'm very surprised at Amazon for allowing this to be sold. I wrote to the company and explained my predicament but have not heard from them. Anyone who received a product this defective should be reimbursed. I am a faithful Amazon customer and should not be treated this way.
