I bought this futon last week and would like to share the following Lots of wrong description 1. Sofa Bed w/ 6" Mattress - The fact: There is hardly 2" mattress 2. Soft and durable microfiber cover designed for your comfort - The fact - As hard as a rock 3. Simple folding design allows you to convert from a sofa to a bed - The fact: once straightened, you have to keep trying and trying and trying until the lock clicks in an upright position. That is not all, when I sat on it I felt a sharp object piercing my thigh and I pulled out a loose spring from underneath the fabric lining. I took pictures and video clip of removing it and sent to the customer service. The customer support was great and they immediately refunded my money This futon looks very cheap and manufactured with some flimsy material Although I have my refund and no issues with the seller, I cant recommend this product due to its safety concern and because of the extremely poor quality
