Was initially full of praise for this but ended up giving me a lot of tall fescue after full growth. Please run from this grass if you dont want tall fescue, I did a lot of work this spring hand-pulling those tall fescue out of my very wide lawn. Cost me lots of time and money to hire laborers to hand-pull and take these out.  Also I dont recommend planting in the summer time. I did mine in fall rain last year and 3 times sprinkling per day. Did I see a good result then , yes but I didn't know most of them will turn out to be a tall fescue grass. I hate those. I hope this helps you.
