Terrible Finish
I have yet to cook with these, but I can already tell they did little to no finish on the iron. They appear to have a season on them already, but you're probably better off cooking on a gravel road. I'm going to take a sander to these to smooth them out and then re season them. Cast iron, if finished properly, is not rough. I'd recommend spending a little more money on some pans that have been properly finished and seasoned if you do not have the time or patience for a low quality finish.
My old cast iron is smooth and cooks fantastic, but I wanted smaller sizes. Hopefully some TLC will fix this. The surface is so rough I won't put them on the counter without a towel underneath.
Edit. After disinfecting the pans by heating them up, the seasoning sluffed off.
