My cat likes it - however, I am pissed and it’s too late to return. Don’t end up in my shoes. Stainless steel was THE selling point for me on buying this. It is absolutely not stainless steel. At first I thought a strange surface texture was due to a buildup of calcium or something from the water where I live. I would scrub and scrub and it would not come off. It never occurred to me it was a surface defect because in my mind it was stainless steel. Tonight while cleaning it, getting frustrated as hell that I couldn’t get it perfectly clean, I inspected the surface more closely. It turns out what you see in the picture is not a build up of any kind, rather it’s a false surface peeling away to show another layer beneath! Immediately it clicked in my mind - this wasn’t stainless steel at all! And it’s too late to return, so I’m screwed. As far as I’m concerned this is fraud and false advertising. I feel conned out of my money. Don’t get ripped off like I did.
