and everything will be fine. 2 months later and still no solution to ...
after 3 service calls to Xfinity, I was told to down load this app and it would fix everything. Mid way through the download they say STOP!!! wait don't down load the app .The upgrade we are installing will make it so you don't need the app . Just wait 4 hrs. and everything will be fine.
2 months later and still no solution to error message 11700.
As much as I hate to say it... time to start looking at alternatives to Comcast/ xfinity
