Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Absolutely loved these rollers and have used them for a few years, However, this morning it seems that the front row of the rollers got more heat than the back and literally MELTED the ENTIRE front row. (photo attached) Not the best thing to happen when you are trying to get out the door to work. I don't normally leave reviews but since I could not find a phone number for Amazon customer service to have them send a replacement I thought I would warn the consumers.
