Monthly 4.99 fee
I have been a wink customer for about 5 years and today I was told it's now 4.99/month with no other option for service. I am running about 30-40 switches and various other items. I now have to either pay the fee or cancel and remove wink hub all together.
Like others have said...DONT WALK....RUN AWAY
