REVISED REVIEW: I had very high hopes for this litter box, but, for the most part it hasn’t delivered. ~ Unfortunately, this tray doesn’t work when you have a high-spraying cat; we are constantly cleaning up leaked pee from the back, bottom, and floor. ~ The top has cracked after only a few months of use. ~ However, the kittier love the see-through lid. We are still using a litter box that is more than 20 years old and it’s holding up beautifully. However, with multiple cats we need a second box. We’ve tried several over the past year - a very expensive process - and not one of them has managed to keep the pee in - and certainly doesn’t work anywhere near as well as our ‘Old Faithful’ box. Our kitties have never used any area outside the litter box, but if we don’t stay on top of the leaks from this one, it smells like they do. What’s so hard about making a litter box that doesn’t leak? They did it 20+ years ago...
