This phone is "Simulated full-duplex". Which means, IT'S NOT FULL DUPLEX. Duplex means your ability to hear and speak at the same time. 3 months after purchase, mic drops off and people on the other side cannot hear when i speak. This phone has been awful. People constantly report they cannot hear me. Screen display is dim. The buttons have a slow report time (push a button, delay in action). When cycling through the menus, the phone response lags making using the menu cumbersome and not worth the trouble. VERY ANNOYING is the button tone which is probably delayed a quarter of a second, which means when you're dialing, the sound doesn't correspond with the keypad which can mess up the dialing. AT&T tech support wasn't much help either.
