I can't leave less than one star, or I would. I purchased this iMac "Certfied Refurbished" computer for Christmas. Long story short--it never worked. After much back and forth, the hard drive was bad, the power supply was bad and the logic board was bad. The Apple service center wants $800 to fix the computer I just paid over $1200 for. It never worked correctly due to all of the issues. 6Ave doesn't care and told me there's nothing they could do to help me because their "system" doesn't allow it. It's not under warranty because I didn't buy through Apple. Apple shows this computer was purchased long long ago (original owner likely). I'm picking up the computer today from the service center to throw it away (I told them not to fix it--I'm not going to spend another $800 for a lemon). 6Ave told me I'm out of luck because I didn't tell them in 30 days (I got it on Black Friday and Christmas was 30 days later.) Then they told me they would have done something for me if I reported it to them within 90 days--it was 96 days when I went back to 6Ave asking for a refund (I'd been working with Apple service from the start.) Needless to say, this is one of those life lessons I won't forget. Horrible experience all around. Will never buy from an Amazon Reseller again.
