Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I thought I was not understanding correctly when I read the instructions "cut 4 in. from tube B" and proceeded to try to place this minus 1 piece (which made it 2 inches too short) and then plus one piece (which made it about 15 inches too long), but apparently that is exactly what I'd have to do to make this fit. Am I the only person who bought this who doesn't have access to metal tube cutting tools? How does the company expect that I have that equipment just lying around? Couldn't be less satisfied with this purchase.
