I ordered this in to 20-22. I'm an 18-20. I figured I'd get the a slouchier top and use it over leggings. What I got was about a medium. I wasn't even off the shoulder. It fit like a scoop neck on me. It would be slouchy on a small girl. The tag that was on the garment didn't even have a size, color or anything. It was like they threw something in the bag and didn't give two damns. This is completely unwearable to me. I had such high hopes for this shirt. Also the sleeves aren't full length they are 3/4. That also was not included in the description. This was item in nothing like the picture. Seriously don't buy this rubbish.
