Despite great reviews this device has issues (I need a printer so I am going to keep it and see...) I had to replace it twice and the 3rd device had a problem which I was able to fix.... HP where is the QC? I am assuming the printer is so cheap because of cheap components used. 1st printer: automatic scanner feeder was not pulling documents straight, every single scan was angled 2nd printer: every time I saved "scan to folder" settings and turned off the printer and turn it back on the settings were wiped... memory issues 3rd and last... I am going to keep: the printer was not printing black, the event log said 54.100 error, tried calibration, reseting settings, and finally reseating the black cartridge fixed the problem .... OMG so many issues with this model... why why...it is supposed to be a nice little laserjet... I was so excited when I saw it for the first time.... now I am not sure
